Agreement
Once you agree to the quotation we have presented, we will prepare a simple one-page purchase agreement which is sent to you by email and signed digitally through a secure platform.
Open Escrow
Once the agreement is completed, a copy will be forwarded to the title company where we will deposit the earnest money. The title company will call you and send the customer information sheet to finalize the sale.
